introduction
We are thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration between BetaState, UCT Michaelis Students, and Bazique Festival, set to ignite the passion of UCT students and the wider youth community.

Going beyond art creation, this initiative provides a unique mentorship opportunity for UCT art students. It enables them to collaborate with professional artists while also offering a pathway to earn money by facilitating more affordable entry to the festival for UCT students.
It's a win-win-win, especially with tickets priced as low as R950!

This project serves as a platform for students to unleash their creativity, gain real-world experience, and explore the events industry. Simultaneously, they have the chance to earn cash and free tickets, creating a multifaceted opportunity for growth and participation.

Project Overview
Our goal is to enhance the Bazique Festival experience by integrating the artistic prowess of UCT students through a collaborative art project.
This initiative empowers students not only through creative expression but also through mentorship and financial incentives earned from both the art project and ticket sales.

THE BAZIQUE VISION
Bazique is a unique collaboration of 10 like minded Cape Town party promoters, and hundreds of creatives, musicians, installation artists, performing artists and workshop leaders.

We come together just once a year to create a space for people from all over the world to enjoy a beautiful reality bubble for 3 days and nights in an beautiful wilderness location.
​
As a community we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing space in which we can celebrate art, music, dance, play, love, consciousness evolution, freedom of expression, learning and a shared respect for mother nature.
